Don't Fight Against God

Music, books and songs,
movies, media and more
wants to convince us, and winning
the fight, the fight against God.

Science and people are proud
Incapable to shut their mouths.
But they lie to themselves in their hearts
try to win the fight against God.

It is impossible deny it,
we feel it within our souls.
But futile and self-sufficient still try
to win the fight against God.

Why the human flesh is so selfish,
and push away so amazing grace?
When all that He wants to do is give us a home,
instead of us fighting against God.

He is Love and He has shown it,
with our sin and shame, and guilt.
But He gave His Only Begotten Son,
so we cna stop fighting against God.

We don't need to be full of constant sorrows,
Because He took them all;
On the Cross He hanged them,
So we don't fight against God.

He is real, so real for me that it hurts,
when I see that my world is dying in unbelief,
but they try to create a synthetic creation of "power"
and pride, when we are still fighting against God.
